P4 Match Report from Dalkeith

A successful and enetrtaining trip to Dalkeith on Sunday morning saw some excellent performances from the P4 group.

First up was a game against our hosts, Dalkeith. Penicuik kicked off and scored a try straight off the mark courtesy of Lewis. After that, the game was fairly close until a few run away tries by Adam put the result beyond doubt with the final score 8 - 5 in Penicuik's favour. This was an excellent team performance with some outstanding tackling especially from Freddie, and a special mention for Andrew for tackling the extra large Dalkeith P4 player.

The second game - against Royal High - was a more comfortable affair for Penicuik. A barrage of tries from Adam, some good mazy runs from Alec and strong tackling by Thomas saw our guys run out 8 - 4 winners.

Some excellent work on a thoroughly enjoyable, warm October morning. Well done to everyone.
